quick post today
went movies thursday to watch bolt, which was supercute. rhino (L) after that, we (justine, tien, lian, lians little brother, winnie + miscellaneous other asians) ended up cinema hopping into yesman. i didnt mind watching it again. i noticed though that this particular cinema didnt get all the jokes that had cracked up the people around me the first time i watched it. why didnt anyone else laugh when norm said, "i was gonna fist you"? didnt anybody else realise that he gun place was called "RJ's Skeet & Shoot" ?. CMON PEOPLE, GET OUT MORE. WATCH PORN OR SOMETHING.
for some godforsaken reason, everyone left straight after the movie again. OMGDEJAVU. well, except tien. we shopped for like 6 hours :D oh yeah, and we ran into konrad and mechan. konrad introduced us to some of his outofschool friends too. tien and i found ourselves with these outoftheirmind strangers, throwing bouncy balls off the roof of the carpark. it didnt work well cos they were cheapy asian balls from top dollar :/
havent done much since then, reading and playing games mostly. on the 15th though, we're going to the movies again to watch bridewars/rolemodels :D so many good movies out these holidays.

MY COUSINS CAME OVER YESTERDAY AND WE WERE COLOURING IN PICTURES OF CATS. IT WAS PRETTY FUN EVEN THOUGH I DONT REALLY LIKE CATS COS THEY SCRATCH OUR CAR AND SHIT IN OUR GARDEN.
then, that night, i had a really weird dream about cats. they were scary and dressed up like clowns. it was like falloutboyamericassuithearts meets thepresetstalklikethat. very creepy.

last night, i flicked to some random show on sbs where some guy was ordering pizza. somehow, from that, i got to wondering what pizza delivery people did when people refused to pay. like, if they just took the pizza, bitchslapped the delivery person and went back in the house. or or if they ordered a pizza but when it gets there, theyre just like "oh yeah that isnt my pizza i didnt order any pizza"

first post of 2k9! wish i couldve posted sooner but thems the breaks. theres lots to talk about, so park your bottom.
the day after my last post, i went to the beach. OMG, I KNOW RIGHT? I HATE BEACHES. but yeah, i got hauled off to some beach that was a 90min drive away. like wtf, who drives that far to swim for an hour and then spend another 2 hours developing skin cancer? for the most part i sat under a tree, snacking, and watching well-tanned surfy boys strut around topless.
it hadnt really dawned on me until new years eve day morning (yeah i dunno) that 2k8 was sort of really coming to an end. i didnt go anywhere for nye this year. disappointing. just sat on the lounge in my oversized cat jammies and watched the fireworks on tv. i had some time to think though, about this year.

i miss you. not you so much (well yes, you) but us. i miss us. we were inseparable from the beginning and i dont like how thats changed. when we get back to school, we'll get back together. we'll have heart-to-hearts and we'll bitch and gossip, just like the old days. we're so different but complement each other so perfectly and completely. united in the pie, i promise.

ok, so. i hadnt really thought about you for a while, but i did, when i started thinking about everyone else and all the things that had changed. im not gonna dive into some rant about how it was all your fault and how you never listen because it never really ever did any good anyway. i wondered about you though. what you were up to, how you were coping, and who was helping you cope. because god knows you'd never cope on your own. its not so much that i wanna be back into it, i just think you and i were part of some.. routine for so long that i kind of fell into the habit of worrying about you all the time. after everything thats happened, i hope youre okay.

i had this dream last night that jack bevan from the foals was trying to give me flowers but i was like no thanks, i only like green flowers (?) but then he was like but you have to take them or ill die cos im allergic to green flowers, and then he kind of like collapsed and started bashing the bouquet of flowers onto the ground. like in this vid. hahahaha. i like this song (:

my year has started off well enough. on new years day, my mum and i spent the whole day painting our granny flat. why do they call it that? but yeah, it looks good. it was hard work though, australian summer is totally living up to its reputation. this week, its been close to 40 degrees everyday.
what else have i done?
well i went to the movies the other day, with cousins and shizzzz. we watched yesman, which was pretty good :D i took $10 out of brandons wallet when he wasnt looking, and then i told him id shout us popcorn/drinks. he was like "that's.. strangely nice of you. ill buy you something later" and then he bought me the first book in the artemis fowl series, WHICH IS SO GOOD! ive actually been reading a lot lately, what with the lack of anything else to do.
ive gotten into a couple of serieseses that people have been talking about but that i never got around to reading like artemis fowl, rangers apprentice, and the uglies trilogy. the uglies makes me laugh cos on the front of the.. second or third book i think? it says
"the uglies trilogy.. something something something.
dont miss the fourth book: the extras."
looool ive read the first two in the series, the uglies and the pretties. i actually already have the fourth one but i dont wanna read it yet, cos im still missing the third one "the specials". very good series (:
i also spent a whooole day in bed reading "the host" by stephenie meyer, and it was AMAZING. even better than twilight, id say. i literally could NOT put it down, i didnt even eat that day until i finished. i recommend it to everyone (:
also, "change of heart" by jodi piccoult. i need to read more of her books.
uncle jeff and auntie nee came over the other day, with baby talia. she is the cutest thing on the surface of the earth. if someone told me that "you can go to jail for the rest of your life and see talia everyday or you can live your life but never see her again" id be like "oh ok, but im not wearing the jumpsuit." i took some photos on my mums camera, so ill see if i can upload those. as for my camera, still a dead end. i need an xD readerrrrrr.
